Freight coordination, built around the shipment in front of you.

Six ways Clear Line coordinates freight. Each one states what you get and where it stops — because the second part is the one that saves you a phone call later.

Service 01In detail

Dedicated dispatch coordination

One direct coordination point from the first shipment details through delivery visibility.

Send the origin, destination, timing and freight details once. Clear Line keeps appointment times, carrier status, reference numbers and receiving instructions aligned — with one clear place to request an update.

When something changes — an appointment moves, access instructions change, or the carrier reports a delay — the information stays in one coordination path rather than being rebuilt across separate handoffs.

What you getLess repeated information and one clear place to ask what happens next.

Where it stops

Freight-request response and driver-communication hours may differ from the 24/7 tracking-support window.

Service 02In detail

Local and regional truckload coordination

California-focused full truckload moves, matched on lane, timing and equipment.

Truckload freight is coordinated through a vetted network of independent carriers. Carrier fit is reviewed against the shipment itself — the lane, the appointment window, the weight and the equipment your dock can actually accept.

Lanes reaching beyond California are not refused automatically. They are reviewed individually on origin, destination, timing, equipment, shipment requirements and available carrier fit.

What you getEquipment and carrier fit reviewed against the lane, dock requirements and delivery window.

Where it stops

Capacity, rates and transit times are not guaranteed. Availability is confirmed per shipment.

Service 03In detail

Box truck and dry van coordination

Partial and mid-size freight, with equipment requirements reviewed before a carrier is treated as a fit.

Freight that does not fill a 53-foot trailer can still depend on deck height, door type, liftgate needs, driver-assist expectations and what equipment is available at the dock.

Those questions are reviewed at the request stage so the equipment match is based on the actual freight and facility requirements.

What you getEquipment questions resolved earlier, before the carrier is treated as a fit.

Where it stops

Driver-assist and liftgate availability depend on the individual carrier and are confirmed per load.

Service 04In detail

Sprinter van and expedited freight

Time-sensitive and smaller shipments reviewed against available carrier capacity for the requested window.

Expedited requests are reviewed against carriers available for that window, area and shipment profile. Sprinter-van and hot-shot options are considered where they fit the freight.

If the requested timing cannot be supported, Clear Line communicates that during the review rather than presenting unconfirmed capacity as a booking.

What you getA clearer answer about whether the requested timing can be supported before a booking is treated as confirmed.

Where it stops

Expedited coordination does not guarantee a delivery time. Transit outcomes rest with the performing carrier.

Service 05In detail

Port and airport-related freight coordination

Freight touching the Port of Hueneme, LAX and SFO, with facility detail collected up front.

Port and airport freight carries requirements ordinary dock-to-dock freight does not: reference and booking numbers, gate and terminal instructions, cut-off times, and facility-specific access rules.

Clear Line collects that information with the request and passes it to the coordinated carrier, so the driver arrives knowing what the facility expects.

What you getFacility requirements surfaced before carrier coordination is finalized.

Where it stops

Clear Line does not own or operate ports, airports, terminals or warehouses, and does not control gate hours, terminal appointments or facility decisions.

Service 06In detail

Shipment tracking and load management

Visibility that continues after pickup through delivery.

Once freight is moving, tracking support stays available through carrier-reported status updates and delivery confirmation.

Shipment tracking support is available 24/7. Booking, driver communication and freight-request response hours may differ.

What you getA clearer view of shipment status while the freight is active.

Where it stops

Tracking reflects information reported by the performing carrier. Clear Line does not operate the equipment.

Request freight coverageNext step

Send the shipment. We’ll tell you what it needs.

Origin, destination and a rough timing window are enough to start. Part of the job is telling you what else is needed.

Chart note

Clear Line coordinates freight through independent carriers and does not represent itself on this site as the performing motor carrier. Capacity, rates, transit times and delivery outcomes are not guaranteed.
